LAMINATE Laminate countertops are available in hundreds of colours and textures. There are three basic profiles for post-form laminate countertops and endless possibilities for flat-lay countertops. All laminate used in our countertops is Green Guard. As well, we can use formaldehyde free substrate when requested.
GRANICRETE Granicrete counters consist of a super-modified concrete system which is used in new construction, or installed directly over existing laminate or tile! Granicrete is a green product; no VOCs, no waste from counter demolition, only 40lbs of material used in the average kitchen, and uses cements made in eco-friendly American plants. Granicrete can achieve virtually any look for granite, marble, stone, or custom concrete countertops.
PAPERSTONE® PaperStone® is an architectural solid surface made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and 100% post–consumer recycled cardboard. The ‘Certified’ product line is certified to Forest Stewardship Council standards by the Smartwood program of The Rainforest Alliance. In addition, PaperStone® plays a role in enabling a project to acquire Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) points toward certification
ECOTOP® That Granite counter top, although beautiful, isn’t exactly eco friendly. EcoTop® is composed of a Forest Stewardship Council-certified 50/50 blend of bamboo fibre, a rapidly renewable resource, and recycled wood fibre salvaged from demolition sites. These materials are bound together by a water-based resin formula that is both petroleum-free and VOC-free.
EcoTop® is made from 50% recycled wood & paper, and 50% bamboo. The only tree fibres in the product are recycled fibres (vs. virgin fibre used in some other products). The resin that binds the wood, paper, and bamboo is 100% water base, and VOC and petroleum free.
